Moments...

Peace isn't a permanent state. It exists in moments. Fleeting. Gone before we knew it was there. We can experience it at any time, in a stranger's act of kindness, a task that requires complete focus or simply the comfort of an old routine. Everyday we all experience these moments of peace. The trick is to know when they're happening so that we can embrace them, live in them. And finally let them go.

I feel it about happiness at the first , but then I thinked it isn`t , when we live in worry with a continous training to adapt with , peace is a moment when we give up worry and pain .. but happiness is a positive reaction .. it is that mystic delicious taste , it is that delightful wonderful sunshine , and peace is that far calm sea

yes... you got it right, Youssif! It's how you always live in chaos and worries..and for just one single moment you're visited by peace that it is very temporary.. but you have to be grateful that it remembered you! and then you know they'll leave you back to your chaotic world!

As for Happiness and Joy.. it will take place when our pockets are full with Sunshine isA :)
