Mission (1) Accomplished!

Dear Reader,

On the 10th of October, at 2 p.m. I finally reached a long-yearned-for goal. I was granted my MA. If you've been around here in the blog, you'd find studying and my MA as one of my very main goals in life, and even was on my bucket list. You'd know how it was a big struggle, a long route, and an emotional way. My MA journey was an emotional roller-coaster since forever..

On the 10th of October 2013, it was a Thursday by the way, all came to an end...for an upcoming journey to start. For charting more goals..for figuring out: what could be next?! But for now, I'm finally at peace. For now, I'm happy (alhamdulelah).

This was a day that I wished for ten years ago. This was a day that three years ago I planned for and submitted an MA plan. This is the outcome for 2 very hard, post-grad, studying years. For fighting for the major I always wanted. For struggling with time.

This day came as a reward for the many tears that wrapped the times I was registering for my MA three years ago. This day came as a reward for the many personal failures that met me throughout those 3 years, yet I still found some solace in continuing with the MA path.

I traveled to the U.S. and thought that would hinder me, yet there I opened my mind to more details that would all come up to still help my journey .

I stumbled a lot, lost faith, didn't know what the hell I'm doing..Yet, God is Great. God is Benevolent. And all was resolved for the best. All was done for this one big plan..even if I didn't know it, even when I didn't believe it.

On the 10th of October 2013, at 2 p.m., God has drawn a wide, peaceful smile on my face, and patted my heart..and I have started a new chapter, with new goals now.

Yours,

Hagar
